The one-liner
A Skool home strength programme promising results in 30 days with 20-minute workouts.
What they actually sell
bFIT, run by Brook Ryan, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Get stronger in 30 days, without living in the gym." A free tier sits at the front door, with Premium and VIP upgrades above it. The promise is concrete: get stronger in 30 days with 20-minute home workouts, no gym needed. Inside are easy-to-follow home workouts, dumbbell and bodyweight training, stretching and recovery, simple nutrition tips and support from a personal trainer. Brook Ryan, a three-time international powerlifting champion with more than 15 years of training experience, coaches it. The first 100 members are promised free access for life. Inside sit 7 courses and a dense module library. A formal money-back promise is not spelled out on the about page.
Who pays and why
Busy people who want to get stronger without living in the gym. They want short, simple workouts that fit around life, with a coach behind them. They join for home workouts, dumbbell and bodyweight training and support from a personal trainer.
Where the members come from
Brook's YouTube channel, Instagram, LinkedIn and Brook Fitness website are linked, so the community gathers people who already follow his training. Follower counts are not shown.
What's holding it back
Free-for-life founding places mean the earliest, most engaged members never pay, and premium and VIP are not described on the about page.
Steal this
Promise a short daily time limit and a fixed result window, such as 20 minutes for 30 days.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for yoga, running or mobility. Weak where results take months to show.
