Steal this

  • This is closer to a course with a comments section than a community: 12 courses and under one post per member. Cheaper to run, harder to keep people paying for.
  • The owner runs YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and their own website. That is the audience the community was launched to; the community is the back end of it.

The one-liner

An AI operating system for coaches, taught through workshops and hands-on business workflows.

What they actually sell

Claude for Coaches, led by Dan Harrison, targets coaches, consultants and service providers who want more leverage in their businesses. The Skool lander offers an annual entry price with a stated move towards monthly later, then gives members access to a behind-the-scenes AI coaching business, Claude Code setup as a first AI employee, a Chat Closer for booking and closing in direct messages, and micro-offer builds. Workshops such as The Zoom Studio keep the offer event-led. The product is installable workflow rather than prompt theory. Members are shown how a stack can support sales and delivery, which makes the tools feel connected to a business instead of floating as clever experiments.

Who pays and why

Coaches and service providers pay because they already sell expertise but feel buried in admin and exposed by the speed of AI adoption. They want more calls and smoother delivery, not a folder of prompts. The emotional purchase is relief from overload and confidence that they can adopt the tools without rebuilding their whole identity.

Where the members come from

The lander is driven by workshops and demonstrations. The public Skool page does not provide exact follower figures for YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, so the strongest visible route is the usefulness of the demos themselves. A prospect can see the proposed AI employee at work before deciding whether the annual entry makes sense.

What's holding it back

A temporarily low annual entry can attract people who want to browse before the price changes. The public feed also appears quieter than the size of the room would suggest, which makes workshop cadence and fresh demonstrations important for retention. The offer needs to keep proving that members are installing, not merely watching.

Steal this

Sell a year as a focused setup lab for one AI stack, and use live workshops to make the installation visible before the move to monthly.

Would this work in another niche?

Yes. Accountants, agency operators and therapists could use the same AI-employee framing if the demonstrations match their real tools. It is weaker when the workflow examples stay generic.
