Teardown notes
The one-liner
A high-ticket mentor network for established ecommerce founders scaling large brands.
What they actually sell
Daily Mentor is run by David Fogarty. Its own pitch: "Exclusive advanced ecommerce community with mentors who have built $100M+ brands." The public offer sits at $2990 a month. One-to-one coaching shows up as part of the package. It adds: "www.dailymentor.co." Inside sit 25 courses. The page does not spell out a money-back promise. The offer is easy to understand in one read, which is half the job of a sales page.
Who pays and why
Ecommerce founders already doing serious revenue who want peers and mentors. The pain is scaling alone with no one who has done it bigger. They pay for one-to-one mentor time, daily live calls and private channels with other founders. The emotional pull is being around people chasing the same thing, which matters as much as any single lesson.
Where the members come from
David Fogarty's YouTube, Instagram and X presence appears to feed the room. The Skool community reads as the member back end for people already drawn to that work. Exact follower counts stay off the public page.
What's holding it back
Entry runs through an outside application. Few public details mean trust has to come from reputation.
Steal this
Gate the room by revenue so members know everyone else is at their level.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for any senior peer group such as agency owners. Weak for beginner audiences who cannot pay the price.
