The one-liner
A regenerative farm-design lab with live sessions and a year of community.
What they actually sell
La Huerta LAB by Iván Castrillón teaches people to design a productive farm from anywhere by ordering decisions on soil, water and production before investing blindly. Public copy frames a roughly $370 one-time style package with online training on seven principles, eight live sessions with Iván and recordings, course notes, a planting calculator and twelve months of La Huerta LAB community on Skool. Bonuses include limited 1:1 orientation slots, a 90-day route and a soil-interpretation bonus with dated cutoffs. The Skool display price shows about $10 a month, so the lander mixes programme packaging with membership access. Inside sit seven courses. Iván is an agronomist and founder of La Huerta Hotel regenerative tourism.
Who pays and why
Aspiring and current land stewards who fear expensive mistakes on soil and water. The anxiety is investing before understanding the land. They pay for a method, live sessions and a year inside the lab community.
Where the members come from
Iván's wide presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, website and YouTube appears to drive joins. The Skool is the online classroom for a regenerative agriculture audience. Exact follower counts stay off the about page.
What's holding it back
Mixed one-time package language versus monthly display pricing can confuse buyers. If live sessions end after the cohort window, the remaining community year may feel quiet.
Steal this
Teach farm design as a principles-plus-live cohort and include a full year of community so graduates stay for peer decisions, not only course videos.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for other regenerative land and food-system education niches. Weak for urban gardeners who only want balcony herb tips.
