The one-liner
A Jewish mindfulness kehillah where sacred text, meditation and belonging share one digital home.
What they actually sell
Path With Heart’s Hineni community is Rabbi Jill Zimmerman’s Jewish mindfulness membership. The founding idea is Hineni, or full presence, and the public invitation is built around kindness, mindfulness and deep connection. Members meet online for Jewish sacred text as a living guide, alongside meditation, poetry and music. The room makes space for both pain and joy rather than asking members to perform constant positivity. It has been running since 2015 and includes people around the world, which gives the offer a sense of continuity. Monthly dues support an ongoing spiritual home rather than a one-off course. The page’s main job is to show what it feels like to practise with people who understand Jewish life, not to turn the tradition into generic wellness content.
Who pays and why
Jews and Jewish-adjacent seekers pay for mindfulness that honours tradition rather than erasing it. They want an online living-room feeling and a place to sit with uncertainty alongside people who do not need their Jewishness explained. The emotional purchase is presence, continuity and belonging.
Where the members come from
jewishmindful.org, Rabbi Jill’s teaching reputation and years of community word of mouth are the natural front doors. The join page does not give a detailed social audience picture. Longevity since 2015 is itself a strong trust signal.
What's holding it back
A recurring spiritual membership needs a very clear rhythm for newcomers. If visitors cannot see how often they will sit, study or gather, a beautiful message may still leave them hesitant.
Steal this
Build the membership around one memorable word for presence, then make text study and meditation recurring parts of the same kehillah.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for Christian contemplative groups, Muslim mindfulness circles or Buddhist sanghas. The essential ingredient is practice rooted in a real tradition.
