The one-liner
A Skool rehab community for powerlifters who want to train through pain and come back stronger.
What they actually sell
Rehab For Lifters, run by Brian Koegler, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Here's where pain stops and where PRs start." A free tier sits at the front door, with Premium and VIP upgrades above it. Private coaching is offered as an add-on. Brian Koegler says he has helped more than 300 strength athletes fix their injuries. Members get his rehab protocols for each joint, a step-by-step plan built for lifters, weekly live calls with technique feedback, full training plans and rewards such as kit giveaways. One-to-one coaching is offered as an upgrade, and members are told they lock in their price for life. Inside sit 12 courses and a dense module library. Cancel anytime is part of the risk frame.
Who pays and why
Strength athletes dealing with shoulder, knee, hip or back pain who do not want generic rehab. The fear is losing progress or quitting the sport because of injury. They join for lifter-specific rehab protocols, weekly live calls and feedback on technique and progress.
Where the members come from
The Skool lander and Brian Koegler's own teaching appear to be the main acquisition path. Public social links are thin on the about page, so growth reads as community-led rather than a giant media brand. Exact follower counts stay off the about page.
What's holding it back
The Premium and VIP tiers are not explained publicly, so lifters cannot see how they differ from the free door.
Steal this
Write for one sport's athletes and say you are not generic, because injured people want a coach who knows their lifts.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for any sport with typical injuries, such as running or climbing. Weak for general fitness audiences.
