- Roughly 232 new members a month since launch. Look at the owner's channels for where they come from.
- The owner runs Instagram and their own website. That is the audience the community was launched to; the community is the back end of it.

Notes
Teardown notes
The one-liner
A weekly live entrepreneurship classroom built around direct access to impressive guests.
What they actually sell
School of Mentors, connected to the School of Hard Knocks brand, sells proximity rather than another pile of lessons. Members get a weekly live call with a millionaire or billionaire, where they can ask questions directly, alongside on-demand business, sales and marketing fundamentals. There is also a monthly virtual event with several experts, Hard Knocks masterclasses on content and networking, and weekly calls with fellow entrepreneurs. Free tickets to special guest days, including Shark Tank-style sessions with named investors, sit above the paid room and create a useful taste of the experience. The classroom and discussion feed give the calendar somewhere to live between guest appearances.
Who pays and why
This is for aspiring founders who already consume founder interviews and now want to move from watching to asking. They are paying for access, accountability and the confidence that comes from being around people who are building. The real emotional purchase is proximity. A live question answered by a serious operator can make a new founder feel less alone and more ready to act.
Where the members come from
The Hard Knocks interview engine and guest-day promotions are the obvious front door. The Skool page then turns that attention into a recurring room. The public page does not show audience counts, so the size of the wider social funnel is unclear.
What's holding it back
The promise depends on a strong guest calendar. If the guests become less compelling, the community risks feeling like a standard low-cost entrepreneurship group. The page also does not make a wider path beyond the core membership especially clear.
Steal this
Turn each interview into a weekly paid question-and-answer session, with the guest as the reason to join and the peer room as the reason to stay.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes. Creators, clinicians and investors can sell live access to working operators, provided the guests are genuinely useful and the calendar stays reliable.
