The one-liner
A Skool club helping UK learner drivers pass the theory test with a DVSA approved instructor.
What they actually sell
Zondo Theory Club, run by Mark Zondo, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "Learn The UK Theory Test with DVSA Approved Driving Instructor." Joining is paid. Mark Zondo runs two levels. Membership brings more than 800 DVSA-style practice questions, unseen questions, mock tests, hazard perception practice, simple explanations and a community of other learners. The recommended Academy tier adds two live Zoom lessons a week, a full online theory course, a WhatsApp support group, lesson recordings and more direct instructor support. Inside sit 7 courses and a dense module library. A formal money-back promise is not spelled out on the about page.
Who pays and why
UK learner drivers preparing for the theory test, including hazard perception. The worry is failing the test and losing time and money while waiting to rebook. They pay for hundreds of DVSA-style questions, mock tests, hazard perception practice and plain explanations.
Where the members come from
The Skool lander and Mark Zondo's own teaching appear to be the main acquisition path. Public social links are thin on the about page, so growth reads as community-led rather than a giant media brand. Exact follower counts stay off the about page.
What's holding it back
Members leave as soon as they pass, so the club has to keep finding new learners every month.
Steal this
Offer a cheap practice tier and a clearly recommended live tier, so learners can buy the level of support that matches their nerves.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for any one-off exam such as citizenship or boating licences. Weak where people need ongoing support.
