Teardown notes
The one-liner
A paid Skool hybrid training system turning busy professionals over 30 into athletes.
What they actually sell
ELVT, run by Darren Faul, lives on Skool. Its public pitch: "9-to-5 to Hybrid Athlete: A Simple System for Busy Professionals Over 30." Membership costs $25 a month. Members get two core systems. The Hybrid Blueprint covers strength, aerobic conditioning, nutrition and recovery for a balanced hybrid body. Race Prep Modules guide road races, trail races, HYROX and other events, from base building to fuelling, tapering and race-day execution. Weekly community calls, training and nutrition education, recovery guidance and accountability round it out. The aim is for members to understand why it works and do it themselves. Inside sit 2 courses. A formal money-back promise is not spelled out on the about page.
Who pays and why
Professionals over 30 with nine-to-five jobs who want to be stronger, leaner and fitter. They want a clear system rather than making fitness a second job. They pay for the Hybrid Blueprint, race prep modules and weekly community calls.
Where the members come from
No social links appear on the page, so Darren Faul's own coaching clients and event communities look like the main doors. Audience numbers are not shown.
What's holding it back
The about page has no coach story or member results, so the system must sell itself on structure alone.
Steal this
Attach event-specific modules to your core plan, so members have a race to aim for.
Would this work in another niche?
Yes for triathlon, obstacle racing or cycling. Weak where there is no event to train for.
